They signal the depth Ecobank's review panel is looking for. - **Quantify your infrastructure work:** Prepare specific examples — uptime percentages maintained, capacity increases delivered, cost-per-GB reductions achieved, recovery time objectives met. Numbers carry weight. - **Understand African data residency:** Brush up on Nigeria's NDPR, Kenya's Data Protection Act, and Bank of Ghana ICT directives. Cross-border data governance increasingly shapes infrastructure design in pan-African environments. - **Be ready for a technical panel:** Ecobank's senior IT roles typically include a technical presentation round. Prepare a short reference architecture walkthrough showcasing your design philosophy. - **Salary context:** Technology lead roles at this level within Ecobank's affiliates typically attract senior management-band compensation, varying by affiliate country — GHS 25,000–45,000/month equivalent is a reasonable benchmark for Ghana-based roles.
