Incident Response: Provide standby support for emergency recoveries related to access and permission issues. Project Delivery: Lead access control projects independently, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. Testing Support: Collaborate with product and development teams during UAT to ensure smooth releases. Ad‑hoc Assignments: Handle management requests with minimal supervision. **Requirements:** Qualifications Diploma or degree in IT, Computing, or related field. Direct experience with IAM tools and a strong grasp of IAM principles. Ability to design and manage access control policies aligned with business requirements. Understanding of security protocols and best practices. Familiarity with IAM technologies and tools for access control. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
